Director, Product Management - Endpoint Policy and Configuration Management

📋 Description

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for endpoint policy and configuration management (Windows
• Own centralized policy engine: application allow/deny, encryption, device/media control, firewall
• Drive legacy migration tooling (Group Policy backups, CIS/vendor baselines) into managed policies
• Shape next-gen policy types beyond legacy group policy infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PMM, Sales, and CS to ship capabilities and enable audit/compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise B2B software with 5+ years in product management for SaaS/enterprise
• Hands-on experience with Windows policy/configuration management (Group Policy, ADMX, baselines
• Strong experience with Linux configuration management and security hardening.
• Proven ability to ship policy/compliance/configuration management products at scale; executive
• Deep understanding of IT operations workflows across IT and Security teams; familiarity with
• Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
