Sr Director Partner Strategy & Programs

📋 Description

• Execute the program framework and track health metrics.
• Lead end-to-end planning, milestones, and budgets.
• Improve infrastructure and establish SLAs for stakeholder experience.
• Own onboarding, intake, and time-to-active reduction.
• Coordinate with Legal/Finance and drive compliance.
• Develop roadmaps and report status to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in program management, operations, or related field, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs from start to finish.
• Operationalize multi-stakeholder processes and drive execution without direct authority.
• Experience with agreement/contract workflows with Legal and Finance.
• Strong proficiency with project mgmt tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project) and CRM
