- Own core pieces of the deployment motion and elevate standards
- Diagnose where the deployment motion breaks using data and observations
- Plan for scale by modeling needs at higher volumes and identifying constraints
- Design and drive execution with Product and Delivery teams
- Manage one or two engagements to stay close to customer realities
- Shape the product roadmap based on deployments and insights
🎯 Requirements
- 3 - 7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or founder/operator
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision skills
- Track record building scalable processes or systems
- Strong technical intuition with STEM background
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- End-to-end project management in client-facing settings
