Internship: Event Producer - Northern Europe (Madrid)

📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of Fever events production, including pre-production logistics, vendor
• Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment
• Optimize production costs and processes where possible
• Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports and invoicing

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch/Swedish/Finnish/Danish/Norwegian/Latvian/Lithuanian/Estonian
• Some experience in event production preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized
• Understanding of technical production requirements
• Strong learning mindset and quick to pick up new skills
• Strong communication and ability to build positive relationships
