Senior Global Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for experienced and senior-level positions across Operations, Finance
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate expectations, and plan
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and North America with local market
• Build proactive talent pipelines via market mapping, direct outreach, referrals, and sourcing
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience with clear communication and high professionalism.
• Manage recruiting operations independently using Ashby or equivalent ATS, including scheduling

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting senior-level talent in-house, ideally in high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Experience in VC-backed, globally distributed tech companies or scale-ups.
• Strong recruiting across Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance; senior Product talent is a
• Demonstrated multi-region recruiting across EMEA and the Americas with market awareness of
• Ability to independently manage full lifecycle without dedicated sourcing or coordination support.
• Strong ATS expertise, data quality, and process optimization using Ashby or similar.
