📋 Description

• Assists customers with enrollment in Career Office federally funded services.
• Work within a cross-functional team; knowledge of services and labor market info.
• Coordinate activities with Adult Education/Literacy partners, districts, organizations, and
• Interview customers to assess training needs, experience, skills, and eligibility.
• Determine eligibility per local, state, and federal policies to optimize funding use.
• Collect and verify documents and perform data entry as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or comparable years of case management and job matching experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of workforce programs (SNAP, TANF, WIOA, NCP, RESEA, TAA, SEAL)
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Familiarity with communities served and local needs/resources
