📋 Description

• Lead a team focused on process development and tech transfer for LNP drug products, mRNA
• Oversee GLP sample management for development studies across programs.
• Improve lab operations, inventory management, and coordination with partner analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in biological sciences/chemistry or related field; 5+ yrs pharma/CRO/biotech; or MS 3+ yrs
• Experience supervising a laboratory team.
• Strong written and verbal communication of scientific information.
• Experience with nucleic acid process development equipment (Atka Avant, Agilent HPLC) preferred.
• Commitment to safety, data analysis, and multitasking across workstreams.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
