IT Operations & Cyber Lead

📋 Description

• Own Humanoid’s corporate IT environment – endpoints, networks, identity, and security.
• Lead end-user computing and identity management (device lifecycle, MDM, SSO/MFA, access
• Implement, operate and continually improve cyber defences across endpoints and SaaS: vulnerability
• Manage vendors and core infrastructure partners; ensure cost-effective delivery, timely patching
• Maintain secure, high-performance connectivity for offices, labs, and remote users.
• Define and enforce IT and security standards, policies, and backup/recovery procedures (ISO 27001 /

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading IT operations and cyber operations in high-growth or tech-driven
• Hands-on expertise in Identity & Access Management (Google Workspace, Azure AD, Okta or
• Endpoint Management experience (Intune, Jamf or similar).
• Corporate Networking knowledge (LAN / Wi-Fi / VPN / firewalls).
• Cyber Security Operations focus (EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, incident response).
• Strong vendor and stakeholder-management ability with excellent communication skills.
