• Support customers to adopt and embed Link in daily processes
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with Lead Technical Consultant on Link data integration
• Drive change mgmt, train end users, boost Link engagement
• Report adoption progression and health checks
• Answer customer queries on Link

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Medical/Commercial/Data Analytics in life sciences
• Proficient in Japanese and English
• Strong customer-facing skills and relationship building
• High quality, self-driven work mindset
