- Break down complex and ambiguous problems to uncover actionable insights
- Analyze customer, product, and business data to identify growth opportunities and shape priorities
- Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics
- Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, execute in-depth analysis, and make recommendations
- Provide thought partnership to cross-functional teammates to ensure data is used thoughtfully
- Support prioritisation, planning, and launch of new international markets
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in strategy, analytics, finance, consulting, or business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, GTM, and operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- SQL experience is strongly preferred
