Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead and develop teams for Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Quality Eng., and Supply Chain PM
- Own supplier strategy across compute, networking, storage, and hardware
- Establish long-term sourcing strategies for resilience, cost, and performance
- Collaborate with Hardware Engineering on roadmaps and product introductions
- Drive manufacturing readiness, production ramp, and operational readiness
- Build executive reviews tracking supplier performance and risk
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent
- 10+ years leading technical supply chain, sourcing, or infra delivery
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
- Experience developing supplier strategies for complex hardware
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership
- Experience leading global supplier relationships and contract execution
