📋 Description

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations across functional
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, and release validation
• Validate Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party apps.
• Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct conversational AI, chatbot, prompt, performance, reliability, and scalability testing.
• Validate Salesforce Data Cloud integrations and data quality across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Salesforce QA, manual testing, or related QA role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
• Mandatory hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience with AI agent testing and prompts.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, data validation
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy and business relevance.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman) and Salesforce Developer Console.
