📋 Description
- Build, scale, and evolve the design system and component library.
- Develop AI-assisted development system for tooling to consume components.
- Design robust component APIs for humans and AI developers.
- Write high-quality frontend code with React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers end-to-end.
- Build accessible components per WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, with 3+ years at senior level.
- Ownership of a design system or shared UI library used across multiple products.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript with strong React experience and modern tooling.
- Experience with component API design, shared-library versioning, and DX.
- Interest in making libraries consumable by AI-powered tools and agents.
- WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, responsive design, and performance expertise.
