📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for senior roles across Operations, Finance & Accounting, Legal
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and assessment
• Develop recruiting strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and North America, adapting sourcing and
• Build proactive talent pipelines via market mapping, direct outreach, communities, referrals
• Own end-to-end candidate experience with clear, professional communications

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting senior-level talent in-house, ideally in a high-growth tech or
• Experience in VC-backed, globally distributed tech companies or scale-ups
• Strong recruiting across Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance; hiring senior Product
• Proven multi-region recruiting across EMEA and the Americas, understanding market differences
• Independent management of full lifecycle without dedicated sourcing/coordination
• Current experience using AI/automation to improve recruiting workflows
