📋 Description

• Primary POC for mid-market clients to craft growth strategies
• Focus on user acquisition, attribution, nurturing
• Lead holistic growth programs across channels with ROI in mind
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run multi-channel campaigns
• Attend client calls; review KPIs and progress
• Drive data-informed optimization and strategic recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in growth marketing or digital strategy
• 2+ years client-facing or agency experience
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing (organic, paid, social, email, ABM)
• Analytics tools: GA4, GSC, HubSpot; marketing tech stack adept
• Strong communication and people skills
