• High-visibility role shaping Airwallex’s strategic priorities globally within Regulatory &
• Own strategic initiatives from global market expansion to operating model redesigns and
• Collaborate with Global Leadership, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Regional Operations to scale

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years total experience, 4+ years at top-tier strategy consulting.
• Experience delivering strategic projects in financial services, global payments, fintech, or
• Strong problem-solving, analytical frameworks, and ability to translate data into executive
• Excellent communication and executive presence with experience influencing C-suite and matrixed
• Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or similar); domain familiarity with payments infrastructure and
