Physical Security Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the GSOC and physical security operations for AppLovin offices globally.
• Manage security personnel, access control, CCTV, and related systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Security, Facilities and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refine security policies, procedures, and incident documentation.
• Oversee security design for new office builds and expansions.
• Lead investigations of physical security incidents and coordinate emergency response.

🎯 Requirements

• Global or multi-site security operations experience and cross-time-zone coordination.
• Experience managing third-party security vendors and contractors.
• Experience with access control systems, video management systems (VMS), intercoms.
• Proficiency with Avigilon Alta Mobile badging software; Lenel/Milestone knowledge a plus.
• IT/InfoSec integration familiarity (badging, networked cameras, access provisioning).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, JIRA, Gmail/Google Workspace.
