📋 Description

• ICU/high-tech pediatric nurse in home health setting
• Deliver skilled nursing care to infants/children at home in the Pittsburgh area
• Work as part of a hospital-at-home team, providing initial weeks of homecare and family training
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality pediatric care at home
• Operate in a team-based environment extending hospital care to home

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN
• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience as an LPN/RN
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
