📋 Description
- The Manager of Literacy Interventions oversees dyslexia programming across a portfolio of KIPP
- Ensures services align with TEA requirements, IEPs, Section 504, and state dyslexia rules.
- Collaborates with APSS leaders and Literacy Facilitators to strengthen Tier 2/3 literacy systems
- Supports internal audits, progress monitoring, and MTSS alignment across campuses.
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Reading, or related field.
- Valid Texas teaching certification; dyslexia-related training preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in literacy intervention, MTSS, or related leadership roles.
- Experience coaching teachers and campus leaders; TEA dyslexia knowledge strongly preferred.
- Hybrid/remote work: Hybrid at central office or schools with travel; ability to manage multiple
