- Own Howdy insights: track and tell the story behind metrics that matter – subs, signups, churn
- Run operating rhythm: daily/weekly/monthly reporting; move to a single automated source of truth
- Drive international insights: measure Howdy in U.S. and Mexico; identify growth opportunities
- Translate findings into clear business actions; go beyond the numbers
- Connect content to business: measure how discovery and title performance drive signups and retention
- Build and own scalable dashboards and reporting for leadership
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Analytics & Insights
- Strong business acumen for subscription businesses; connect analysis to strategy
- Genuine curiosity; dig into the why behind the numbers
- Exceptional storytelling and executive-ready communication
- Strong Tableau skills to build interactive dashboards
- Advanced analytics including SQL; comfortable with large datasets
