📋 Description

• Remote role supporting medication access through prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with patients, insurance providers, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and
• Assist with medication approvals, reduce out-of-pocket costs, and promote adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in databases, EMRs, and communications.
• Provide phone support to patients and participate in process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Pharmacy Technician License
• Ability to obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification within 9 months (if not already
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Strong familiarity with Test Claims, Adjudication, Prior Authorization, and Appeals
• Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and customer service skills
