📋 Description

• Role: Principal Analytics Business Partner - Customer Success (Remote)
• Partner with Customer Success leadership to define priorities and translate needs into scalable
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and BI teams to support Customer Success data needs.
• Help shape analytics strategy and governance to drive measurable business value.
• Drive adoption of analytics with cross-functional teams to enable scalable growth.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance decision-making and automate analytics where possible.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in analytics business partner or consultant roles translating business
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence Directors/VPs.
• Expertise with SQL and modern analytics/visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or
• Experience leading complex analytics initiatives from problem to implementation with measurable
• Ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable plans; customer-obsessed mindset.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with Customer Success and other stakeholders.
