📋 Description

• Own accelerated demo-to-staff process at Wing Assistant
• Run high-impact Google Meet demos for prospects
• Bring two live candidates into every call
• Soft-close deals and complete admin to move placement forward
• Maintain clear communication in Discord throughout process
• Apply the accelerated playbook to improve close rates

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales or client-facing experience (staffing/recruitment a plus)
• Strong discovery and consultative-demo skills
• Comfortable presenting live candidates
• Excellent verbal communication on video calls
• Highly organized, self-directed, owns end-to-end process
• Experience with CRM/Discord/HubSpot is a plus
