📋 Description

• Own large-scale projects end-to-end, from ideation to rollout.
• Engineer across the stack: backend models, APIs, and frontend components.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a full-time software engineering role.
• Product-first mindset; ships code with real-world impact.
• Experience with user-facing and backend web application experiences.
• Experience with React or similar JavaScript frontend frameworks.
• Ability to lead large, long-term initiatives and break work into iterative projects.
• Strong ownership and interest in learning life sciences.
