Senior Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead execution and coordination of operational tasks involving infrastructure services – servers
• Perform rack and stack activities, hardware installation, and in-cabinet maintenance
• Manage relationships and workflows with remote data center techs, ensuring standards
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems
• Conduct root cause analysis for hardware failures, RAID rebuilds, storage provisioning, and disk
• Configure and troubleshoot IPMI/BMC and support/document escalation procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication (B2+)
• Experience with server hardware, diagnostics, replacements, upgrades
• Strong data center standards, rack layouts, cabling, PDU, remote hands
• Monitoring platforms and incident handling workflows
• Linux system administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.), scripting, performance tuning
• Windows Server experience
