• Provide PT care in patients' homes per plan of care.
• Assess mobility, balance, strength, and safety; perform tests.

🎯 Requirements

• Active PA PT license in good standing.
• Previous home health is welcome; training provided.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong communication and assessment skills; compassionate approach.
