- Own engagement success end-to-end: primary driver of customer deployments from late-stage sales
- Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning: translate fuzzy goals into crisp requirements, workflows
- Run the execution motion: manage a book of concurrent deployments; coordinate internal teams and
- Configuration and launch: collaborate with product ops, engineering, and training teams to drive

🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years in enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation
- Track record of taking deployments live with concrete examples
- Strong technical intuition, STEM background
- Autonomous, decisive, able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven end-to-end project management in client-facing settings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
