📋 Description
- Coach multilingual KIPP staff to improve CBLI strategies
- Support secondary schools with data to drive language growth
- Lead professional learning and coach APSS and school leaders
- Ensure ELPS and linguistic accommodations align to language levels
- Collaborate on CBLI content plans using Get Ready!, Summit K12, 7 Steps
- Facilitate PLCs and data analysis for emergent bilinguals
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in Multilingual Education
- 2+ years as assistant principal or bilingual coach at secondary level
- Texas Teaching Certificate + ESL Supplemental required
- Proven results in emergent bilingual growth
