📋 Description

• Architect and own enterprise ready education platform and infrastructure — auth/SSO, learner data
• Own the technical vision for AI-driven educational experiences, shaping what’s possible beyond
• Build AI-augmented pipelines for content generation, real-time adaptation, assessment delivery, and
• Design platform capabilities for new learning experiences — adaptive paths, competency-based
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and data teams to meet standards and integrate with
• Enable non-engineers to configure and experiment with educational experiences without bottlenecks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with platform-scale production rollout.
• Genuine passion for education and AI-native educational technology concepts.
• Strong focus on quality educational content and complex system thinking.
• Full-stack skills with emphasis on backend systems: databases, APIs, authentication, reliability
• Experience operating platforms serving many concurrent users with reliability.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership, translating pedagogical intent into technical architecture.
