📋 Description

• Join Lyft Flexdrive hub operations in Nashville for 24/7 fleet readiness.
• Perform pre-deployment checks, end-of-day diagnostics, and calibration tasks for AV fleet.
• Manage vehicle state transitions, inspections, and QA against SOPs.
• Execute charging, cleaning, and maintenance to maximize fleet availability.
• Handle data transfers, device tracking, and security compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive/logistics certs preferred.
• 1-2 years in automotive, fleet ops, or similar roles.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record for calibration driving.
• Technical aptitude with mobile devices and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail; able to follow complex SOPs.
• Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
