Marketplace Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day NitraMart operations
• Manage marketplace workflows across orders, vendors, products, fulfillment, and customer issues
• Identify operational problems and drive them through resolution quickly
• Deliver a great marketplace experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve utilization and reliability
• Turn data into action with KPIs tracking and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in marketplace operations or similar
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with data and spreadsheets; SQL a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple streams
• High ownership and urgency in a fast-moving startup
• Builder mindset with problem-solving and execution
• Cross-functional communication skills; experience in B2B marketplaces or healthcare a plus
