📋 Description

• Own customer outcomes in EMEA (GRR, NRR) and delivery model
• Lead regional team: CVPs, Data Scientists, and Implementations
• Shape scalable services and tools in a global model
• Own escalations and regional governance on at-risk accounts
• Partner with Sales to scope and ensure deliverable commitments
• Run regional reviews with Sales and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services or delivery in B2B software
• Experience scaling a services operating model globally
• Track record owning GRR/NRR and revenue benchmarks
• Proven escalation management experience
• Comfort with SaaS metrics and regional forecasting
• Strong hiring and team-building instincts
