Fleet Operations Associate (Day Shift)

📋 Description

• Support 24/7 AV depot operations with afternoon shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Prepare vehicles, run end-of-day diagnostics, and assist calibration for autonomous operation
• Collaborate on vehicle readiness, state transitions, QA, and task execution in fleet systems
• Manage charging, cleaning, and routine fleet servicing to maximize uptime
• Handle data management, security, and documentation for calibration activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive/logistics cert preferred
• 1-2 years in automotive, fleet ops, or similar hands-on roles
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record (for calibration driving)
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow SOPs
• Ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varied weather
• Tech proficiency with mobile devices/tablets and data entry
