Sr. Strategy & Operations Analyst, Deal Desk

📋 Description

• Support deal desk velocity by leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Sales, Legal, and
• Help implement AI workflow integrations and modernize Deal Desk tooling and processes.
• Maintain dashboards tracking deal velocity, discount trends, and pricing data for leadership.
• Collaborate on deal modeling, cost data hygiene, and resell financial models.
• Create enablement resources and Deal Playbooks for Global Sales teams.
• Coordinate with SFDC/CPQ teams to ensure new products and configurations are integrated.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus 3+ years in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Strategic Finance or
• Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to explain tradeoffs clearly.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with experience building financial models and scenarios.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA; CPQ/SFDC/Airtable familiarity a plus.
