📋 Description
- Architect, develop, debug, and test firmware features in C/C++ and Golang for Samsara’s
- Build IoT products for the long term and support 1.5+ million devices in the field.
- Design and develop internal observability to ensure health of firmware rollouts.
- Champion Samsara culture and collaborate across multiple teams to scale globally.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with large-scale observability for production systems.
- Experience developing and shipping production code.
- Experience building and monitoring metrics during firmware rollout.
- Experience triaging and assessing customer/QA issues; BS/MS in CS or Engineering.
- Nice to have: C/C++ or Golang, Linux embedded systems, SoC driver work, automotive/telematics
