📋 Description

• Pre-visit planning and chart preparation
• Conduct patient screenings
• Reconcile medications
• Maintain accurate patient charts
• Perform minor procedures under provider supervision
• Collaborative nursing support with provider travel teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license or CMA/MA certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA)
• Ability to support MN and WI licensure (company reimburses licensing)
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, able to work under pressure
