Senior Database Developer (MongoDB)

📋 Description

• Senior Database Engineer role focused on document-based, distributed databases in cloud-native
• Location: Bengaluru, India with global engineering teams supporting LIMS and SaaS products.
• Lead design, management and optimization of MongoDB and Azure Cosmos DB deployments at scale.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to implement data access layers, APIs and IaC
• Improve performance, latency, concurrency and multi-tenant support in large-scale applications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in database engineering, architecture or backend data systems
• 3+ years hands-on with Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB in production
• Expertise in Cosmos DB partitioning, RU/s, indexing, TTL and multi-region replication
• Expertise in MongoDB replica sets, sharding, indexing, aggregations, schema tuning
• Experience designing for high concurrency and multi-tenant SaaS
• Profiling, performance benchmarking and monitoring dashboards
