📋 Description
- Develop and progress individualized treatment plans including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise
- Empower patients with home programs and strategies that support their functional goals
- Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team members for outcomes
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions
- Maintain high standard of clinical excellence and 5-star service
🎯 Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in New York
- Level II fieldwork in hand therapy or equivalent experience
- Commitment to hand therapy and pursuing Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with team support
