📋 Description

• Develop and progress individualized treatment plans including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise
• Empower patients with home programs and strategies that support their functional goals
• Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team members for outcomes
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions
• Maintain high standard of clinical excellence and 5-star service

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in New York
• Level II fieldwork in hand therapy or equivalent experience
• Commitment to hand therapy and pursuing Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with team support
