Registered Nurse (RN) – Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing visits to clients in designated senior living communities
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop plans of care
• Administer medications and wound care and perform physician-ordered treatments
• Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to managers
• Follow, execute, and document physician orders
• Provide case management and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN license
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Home health or senior living experience preferred
• Ability to travel within Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties
