📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric clients in senior living
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in Inspira Health field/home health setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans; document care using a tablet.
• Position involves Med A and Med B visits in a home-health context.

🎯 Requirements

• A current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
