Supervisor II, QC Lab

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise Lab Analysts and lab staff on day-to-day operations
• Oversee QC processes for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards
• Manage lab resources and optimize capacity and costs
• Coordinate planning and lab activities across teams
• Report QC metrics and participate in Tier meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific field
• 2+ years supervising a team in a QC Lab
• Advanced knowledge in chemistry, lab equipment, investigations
• Working knowledge of cGMPs and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to train and mentor other supervisors
