📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in Tokyo for MongoDB APAC HR
• Partner with global HRBPs and COEs for Japan goals
• Serve as main contact for escalated employee questions
• Coach managers on performance management
• Support employee relations and compliance matters
• Drive process improvements in People operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 8+ years HR experience
• Strong performance management and coaching skills
• Fluent Japanese and English; strong communication
• Deep knowledge of Japan employment laws and regulations
• Experience in HR programs for high-growth tech firms
• Adaptable, data-driven, and able to manage change
