- Roadmap features to improve core KPIs for the game
- Translate strategy into goals and monitor results via KPIs
- Co-develop in-app feature strategies to boost engagement
- Collaborate on engaging features, mechanics, and play modalities
- Identify optimizations to maximize player experience and business
- Analyze monetization trends and advise on adoption
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in math, statistics, finance, economics or related
- 5+ years in product mgmt, game systems design, or data analytics
- Quantitative analysis with Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Understanding of F2P and subscription models
