📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end Zendesk implementations (discovery to go-live).
- Configure Zendesk Support, Guide, Explore, Chat, Talk, AI, automation.
- Design scalable workflows, routing, SLAs, macros, triggers, dashboards.
- Translate business needs into Zendesk solutions; align with objectives.
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering/CS to deliver projects.
- Remote work across US/European time zones.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years Zendesk implementation or related field.
- Hands-on with Zendesk modules: Support, Guide, Explore, Chat, Talk; workflows, SLAs, automations
- Strong requirements gathering, consulting, stakeholder mgmt; excellent English.
- Agile delivery experience; able to work with global, distributed teams.
- Familiarity with integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, ServiceNow) beneficial.
- Zendesk certifications preferred.
