📋 Description

• Oversee data protection strategy and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with DPO and authorities on sensitive data handling
• Safeguard digital assets and ensure legal/industry compliance
• Lead DPIAs and data protection impact assessments
• Develop and enforce data protection policies across Paytm
• Manage breach investigations and reporting timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Information Security/Computer Science/Law
• Mandatory privacy certifications (CIPM/CDPSE/DCPLA/DCPP/DCDPO)
• 5–8 years security management experience
• Strong IT infra, data security practices & frameworks knowledge
• Regulatory familiarity (RBI, SEBI); GDPR exposure
• Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills
