📋 Description
- Review intake materials and medical history to understand the full clinical picture
- Meet with teens and families via telehealth to assess needs and readiness for change
- Design individualized nutrition and care plans aligned with medical treatment
- Coordinate with care team to ensure a cohesive plan
🎯 Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential with active licensure
- Experience with adolescents with obesity or elevated BMI
- Interest in or experience with GLP-1 therapy
- Licensed to practice in Balance states or willing to obtain licensing
- Availability 30–50+ hours per month; contract 1099
