🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating static paid-social ads for DTC/e-comm brands.
• Strong portfolio of actual advertising/ performance creatives.
• Experience producing multiple variations in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of direct-response, hooks, visual hierarchy, messaging.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).
• Experience using AI image-generation tools in production workflows.
