Lead Instructor: Machine Learning Data Associate

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate live virtual classes for diverse learner groups (100 to 8,000+ participants).
• Deliver technical instruction in German on ML data workflows, generative AI, foundation models
• Explain data collection, annotation, labeling decisions, model training, evaluation, deployment and
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics: Q&A, chat, pacing, engagement, content delivery.
• Adapt instructional approaches for learners with varying technical backgrounds.
• Prepare thoroughly to deliver content accurately and accessibly.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German to deliver instruction; strong English for written communication, meetings
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle: data collection, training, evaluation, deployment; explain
• Knowledge of generative AI and foundation models (pre-training, fine-tuning, RLHF, alignment).
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering (zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot) and teaching
• Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and production AI workflows.
• Understanding of multimodal/cross-modal AI and how it affects annotation and evaluation.
