Artist & Label Partnerships Manager, Maghreb

📋 Description

• Build partnerships with artists and labels in Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia)
• Develop and execute a holistic music strategy aligned with regional goals
• Lead initiatives that boost artist-to-fan engagement on and off Spotify
• Identify regional artists, trends and cultural movements to inform teams
• Educate partners on Spotify tools and insights to maximize value
• Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, Licensing, and other teams on opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in artist/label partnerships or related music industry roles
• Deep understanding of Maghreb music scene and established relationships
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder presentation skills
• Experience balancing strategy with hands-on execution
• Comfort coordinating across regional/global teams
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic/Darija valued
