• Design, launch, and scale a client philanthropy program across Range Group.
• Inspire participation from Range's client community and integrate giving into the client journey.
• Define vision, roadmap, and scalable offerings with governance and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic finance/growth-minded leader with cross-functional execution experience.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in relevant fields (consulting preferred).
• Outstanding communication and storytelling; ability to engage executives and partners.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to mobilize donors and programs.
• Experience in philanthropy, social impact, or luxury/high-touch client services is a plus.
